Job Summary
The Product Manager with ERISApedia (part of PensionPro Software) is responsible for evaluating client feedback and understanding the technical nature of Software Development to provide direction for our evolving product. This position translates ideas into strategy and features to deliver a product that achieves business objectives and stakeholder vision, delivering a high return on investment.
A successful Product Manager will understand the Software Development Lifecycle and client needs and be able to collaborate with a team to document and design new products and enhancements that will enable ERISApedia’s leading search tool, 5500 data mining, and Q&A software for ERISA compliance and plan administration.

Responsibilities:
- Gather and organize feedback from clients to enhance existing products and recommend new product designs and features to stakeholders that improve the client experience using ERISApedia.
- Collaborate with internal team members including Product Specialists, Development staff, Requirement Analysts, and Stakeholders to ensure product design meets required standards.
- Work with management and stakeholders to create product plans and roadmaps.
- Participate in the process of making mockups and building wireframes that follow ERISApedia’s visual and product standards.
- Evaluate processes and implement improvement to maximize department and company effectiveness as it relates to documentation and workflow to deliver products on time and according to specifications.
- Coordinate the flow of work through the Product team by overseeing the distribution of work, evaluating the flow of work, and ensuring timely transitions to the Development team.
- Recommend and implement strategies to evaluate product success to include tracking usage, and the impact on end users.
Skills/Abilities:
- Experienced Product Manager of software products
- Solid knowledge of the retirement industry preferred.
- Prior experience using ERISApedia system preferred.

Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 base salary, based on experience, plus eligibility to participate in the company’s bonus program.
