Matt entered the retirement industry in 2019 with PensionPro, where he began building his experience for helping teams navigate the retirement space with clarity and confidence.
Prior to entering the retirement industry, Matt served as a Store Manager at a sporting goods retailer in Harrisburg. In this role, he led day-to-day operations, managed teams, and focused on delivering a strong customer experience skills that continue to influence his approach to client relationships today.
When he’s not working, Matt can usually be found spending time with his wife and two daughters. You may find him catching a Phillies, Penguins, or Packers game. Matt also enjoys jumping into a Dungeons & Dragons campaign with close friends.
Matt earned an Associate Degree from Lackawanna College and a Bachelor’s Degree from Shippensburg University.
