Howard Insley is the Chief Strategy Officer of American Trust. In this role, he oversees operations, administration, onboarding and the participant experience teams for American Trust.
With 30 years of experience in the financial services, Howard has a history developing business strategies and positioning cutting-edge solutions for market introduction with an eye toward financial viability. As part of the senior leadership team, Howard provides assistance in the areas of M&A, business integration, product review and enhancement, service and operations oversight, project/program management, and strategic planning.
Prior to joining American Trust, Howard held leadership roles at Ascensus, Wachovia Bank and T. Rowe Price. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business from Randolph Macon College and his MBA in Finance from Wake Forest University. He also holds FINRA Series 6, 63 and 26 securities registrations.
