Job Summary

FiduciaryxChange, by AmericanTCS, provides complete Fiduciary governance to inspire participants to save for a dignified retirement. Defining a retirement plan standard of excellence. This role is part of our committee who meets weekly to discuss various clients who have engaged FiduciaryxChange to serve as the Named Plan Administrator and Named Fiduciary. The goal and objective of the committee is to oversee the operation of each plan to make sure, on an ongoing basis, the plan is operating according to the plan document, Internal Revenue Code, and ERISA.

The Sr. Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for setting up new clients in the FxC sytems, establishing client folders, and collecting plan documents, service agreements, completing the FxC onboarding checklist. The Sr. Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and delegating tasks to other team members.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for New Client Onboarding Coordination and set up in ATCS Admin System
  • Set up plan in Plan Tools
  • Prepare client operations manual
  • Prepare and distribute participant contact guide
  • Send necessary initial notices for new clients to Plan Notice for distribution
  • Assist in monitoring support emails
  • Onboard new John Hancock Signature Fiduciary Connect plans
  • Onboard new KFG Financial Freedom Fund PEP clients
  • Onboard new TPA only plans
  • Completes participant transaction requests
  • Complete RMD’s annually
  • Responsible for New Client Onboarding Coordination and set up in ATCS Admin System
  • Set up plan in Plan Tools
  • Prepare client operations manual
  • Prepare and distribute participant contact guide
  • Send necessary initial notices for new clients to Plan Notice for distribution

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for training and monitoring other team members to ensure all processes and procedures are being followed.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred
  • 5+ years of Qualified Plan Experience
  • Preferred certification(s) QKA, CPFA, CkP, AIF
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks within established timeframe.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, preferred. Being familiar with Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat a plus.
